"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box showed up bent, which was annoying. Thankfully the items inside were fine, but whoever runs this really needs to pay more attention to the packaging

"Pretty solid deal for the price"
I’d say the pricing felt fair overall, maybe about what I expected or even a little better. The quality was nice, and my order turned out well. For roughly what I paid, it definitely didn’t feel overpriced.

"Photos were okay, not amazing"
My order showed up quickly, which was nice. The photos were kind of hit or miss though — a few turned out good, but some looked darker and not as crisp as I expected. Not sure if it was the original files or the printing, but I thought they’d come out a little better. Still fine for a simple gift, just not quite what I had in mind.

I ended up needing a refund after an issue with my order, and while it did get sorted in the end, it took longer than I expected. I had to send a few emails and wait a bit between replies, so I found myself wondering if everything was actually moving along. The team was polite whenever they responded, which did help, but I would’ve appreciated a little more reassurance or updates along the way. The money did come back eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just something that could be a bit smoother.

"Easy way to make a photo book feel like yours"
I liked that I could make the photo book feel personal without overcomplicating it. There were plenty of layout, text, and cover options, which is really all you need to make it look like something you actually put thought into. A few parts took me a minute to figure out, but once I got going, it was straightforward. I do wish there were a few more font choices, but overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Not really worth it for the color quality"
I ordered a photo book from Pinhole Press, and while the layout itself was totally fine, the colors came out far off from what I expected.

A lot of my pictures looked darker and way more orange than they did on both my phone and laptop. I get that screens aren’t always 100% accurate, but this was noticeable enough that it really affected the whole book.

Shipping was okay, so no complaints there, but for the price, I was disappointed. If the photos don’t look close to what I sent in, it’s hard to feel like it was a good value.

I loved the clean, cute design of this book. It’s the kind of thing that’s just really easy to enjoy. The only tiny issue I noticed felt totally preventable, but overall it didn’t take away from how much I liked it.

I used the design tool to put together a small photo book, and it was way easier than I expected. Uploading my pictures went smoothly, and moving things around on the pages was simple, even just using my laptop while half-watching TV in the background. I’m the type who starts a project, makes coffee, forgets about the coffee, and comes back an hour later, so I really liked that I could save everything and pick it back up later. The finished book turned out just how I had pictured it, which doesn’t always happen with these kinds of things.

I didn’t realize they had so many cute photo gift options until I started looking around. There were books, cards, calendars, and even little things for kids. If you’re trying to find something thoughtful without spending forever deciding, I’d definitely recommend checking it out. I found something for my mom quickly and didn’t have to overthink it.
